Rafael A. Pacheco was born and raised in Union City, NJ. As a young boy he was introduced to the world of music, specifically the sounds of Jazz and the latin rhythms from his Cuban roots. Singing, dancing and playing his way through childhood, he finally went pro as a teenager dancing and competing nation wide in a variety of dance styles. His career eventually evolved into acting where he develop the stage presence and speech skills necessary to become a bilingual MC. His DJ/MC career began post college in 2010 and soon after he partnered with Jay-J to open New Line Entertainment. Since then he has been diligently working as a DJ/MC, actor and host. Performing on stage, in film/television and at countless live events - he’s primed for any occasion. Always aware of the camera and ready to strike a pose, the voice of NLE is all charm who’s infectious energy sets the tone for any event!!
Jay-J
JJ Castello was born and raised in Guttenberg, NJ. He discovered his love for music as a young man through the hip-hop/R&B sounds of the 90s. He was later taken by the Tribal House wave of the 2000s inspired by artists such as Eric Morillo, Oscar G, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano. He became a professional DJ in 2011 and has developed an open format style with the ability to mix anything you throw his way. Jay-J calls NYC/NJ his home but he’s also made his rounds through the club scene around the country in addition to playing events throughout the world. Always friendly and willing to please, the man behind the decks is a one of a kind DJ with a huge personality who always keeps the party jumping!!
